Inspired by the life stories of the victims of October 7 and the war, Life Fabric art exhibition transforms memory into a living, evolving work of art. It brings together bereaved families—whether from military or civilian losses in the tragic events of October 7th and the Iron Swords War—with artists from diverse disciplines. Together, they embark on a journey of remembrance, documentation, storytelling, and creation, offering space for deep connection, attentive listening, mutual support, and healing.
מחזור שני של המיזם יצא לדרך במרץ-אפריל 2025. זהו מסע משותף, שבו נתמקד בסיפורים המציידים אותנו בערכי חיים, בהשראתם נולדת היצירה.
מטרת המיזם לחזק את הבחירה בחיים ולהגביר את האור, טמונה בו הזדמנות לקשר חדש, לתרומה הדדית ולחיזוק החוסן האישי והחברתי. יתרה מכך, השותפים ברקמת חיים מזמינים את הקהל הרחב לפגוש את מי שאיבדנו, לקבל צידה לדרך, ערכית ורגשית, לגלות מעורבות ולהוקיר תודה.
מקימות המיזם מאמינות שהאובדן העצום המטלטל את החברה הישראלית – ראוי שיענה במעשה של סולידריות ובקריאה להמשכיות ולתקווה.
